“I didn’t discover the plot to murder me until it was too late. I never saw it coming.” –Regina Roth

Since she was a child, fifteen year old Regina Roth has been the victim of disturbing reoccurring nightmares of a house, and a murder. In the summer of her sixteenth birthday Regina leaves her posh life in New York for her mother’s hometown in Texas to bury her mysterious grandmother. Life takes a tumultuous turn for Regina the moment she arrives in Lee. Regina discovers the small town of Lee is literally the scene of her nightmares. Haunted by a vengeful ghost and the lies told by her parents, Regina has no choice but to accept her new life in Lee. After a shocking incident leaves her shaken with fright, Regina is forced to discover the secret behind her dreams. With the help of Linguistics professor, Dr. William Greer, Regina uncovers the horrifying answer.

Regina is a terrifying tale of the horrors that lie inside our loved ones and the lengths they go to hide their secrets. And a plan created long ago by an evil family is finally set into motion.

Beautiful Blonde

To the Reader:

Where to begin this long and beautiful road? How do I start you on a journey that I found dark and cruel, yet simply wonderful? Possibly it being your first time meeting Kimberly, I want to start you on the right foot. I suppose I could start at the beginning when Kimberly and I were born, but that would be boring. I could launch into Middle School where our perverted sense of humor empowered our friendship like liquid lightning. Though, I don’t think you would quite get who Kimberly really was and is. Or possibly High School or College where we came to depend on one another? No, I’d rather save that for later. Since it is Kimberly’s story and I’m the one telling it, I want to start with the best part: the Summer of 1999.

Though I must warn you: this isn’t a fairy tale where dreams come true and we end up happily ever after. This is the brutal reality of two young girls struggling to make it out of a small town together and shared a bond so deep Death couldn’t sever it. This is my version of Inferno and the journey to save myself from it.
